General Delivery Policies

Available shipping options for most items include FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Overnight and Two-Day shipping options are available upon request. Additional fees apply.

Most in stock, credit approved orders received before 2:00 PM EST. will ship the same day. Cut off time for FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders is 5:00 PM EST.

All non-defective returns authorized by Royal Computing Products LLC , whether opened or unopened, will be assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee or more and Administrate fee’s, and must be authorized for return within 30 days from date of receipt. No refunds will be issued after such 30 day period. Authorization may be obtained by calling Customer Care by e-mail sales@roycompro.com will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which is valid for 10 days. Failure to return a product within such 10 day authorization period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
Return privileges are subject to various manufacturers’ policies. Many manufacturers have imposed certain return restrictions. Consequently, Royal Computing Products LLC reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. Be sure to ask your Account Manager about specific return conditions before you purchase any item.
The United States Government and certain other agencies have requirements for the shipment of hazardous materials, which are referred to as “Dangerous Goods.” When returning products to Royal Computing Products LLC or to any of our vendors or suppliers, it is your responsibility to ship Dangerous Goods in accordance with all applicable regulations. Any questions in this regard should be addressed to your freight company or shipper.

If a quotation includes software or other products acquired pursuant to a subscription or other licensing arrangement, be aware that the manufacturer of such products requires all end users to agree to an End User License Agreement (“EULA”). The manufacturer will make its EULA available for review and it must be agreed to at or before the time the software or other licensed product is installed or accessed for the first time by the end user. It is the end user’s responsibility to review, understand and agree to the terms of any such EULA.

Damaged Products

All packages shipped from Royal Computing Products LLC are inspected prior to shipment. However, from time to time, damage during shipping may occur. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused upon original delivery attempt. If the package is accepted, then any damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record prior to the driver leaving your premises. Any hidden or internal damage to any product must be reported to Customer Care at Royal Computing Products LLC within the first 7 days of receipt to arrange for a carrier inspection and return of the damaged product(s). Please save the product, the shipping carton and all manufacturer packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Royal Computing Products LLC to file a damage claim. Failure to notify Royal Computing Products LLC of damage within this time period will be deemed an acceptance of the product, and standard return policies will apply.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Royal Computing Products LLC relating to the sale of products and services on the Site. Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a Web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet; individual consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting us at the address provided below.

Customer may issue a purchase order for administrative purposes only. Additional or different terms and conditions contained in any such purchase order will be null and void. Customer agrees that the Terms contained herein and in our invoice or other documentation will control. No course of prior dealings between the parties and no usage of trade will be relevant to determine the meaning of these Terms or any purchase order or invoice related thereto. This section may not apply if there is a written contract between Customer and Royal Computing Products LLC .

In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and other “surface” shipments are not guaranteed to arrive within a certain timeframe. Royal Computing Products LLC currently delivers only to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship packages to international addresses.

FedEx and UPS Standard Overnight may not be available to all zip codes. Priority Overnight is typically delivered next business morning, but the delivery time will vary by zip code. To confirm the guaranteed delivery time for your zip code, please contact FedEx or UPS.

The maximum refund or credit due in the event an air package is delivered late will be a refund of the freight charges paid. In no instance will the amount exceed the amount paid for freight.

reserves the right to substitute shipping carriers in our sole discretion and without prior notice, including but not limited to, heavyweight ground and air shipments. If you require a specific carrier, please contact Royal Computing Products LLC’s customer service department. An additional service charge may apply.

Truck deliveries for heavyweight shipments are dock-to-dock deliveries. If you require additional services such as a liftgate or inside delivery, additional fees will apply. Please contact our customer service department for further details.

Most packages that ship from Royal Computing Products LLC require a signature at delivery, but some packages may be left at the delivery address without a signature. Returns due to the carrier’s inability to obtain a valid signature are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges. If you have any questions related to this policy, please contact Royal Computing Products LLC prior to your order shipping.

Royal Computing Products LLC SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE Royal Computing Products LLC SITE OR ANY DELAY, MISDELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FROM Royal Computing Products LLC NOTWITHSTANDING ITS ACTIONS, OMMISSIONS, NEGLIGENCE OR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL AND REGARDLESS IF Royal Computing Products LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS COMPREHENSIVE AND APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Damaged in Transit

Packages damaged in transit should be refused and will automatically be returned by the carrier to Royal Computing Products LLC. After refusing to accept delivery of a damaged package, please notify us of the issue within 48 hours via email at sales@roycompro.com or by phone.

If you do accept delivery of a damaged package, you must:

  1. Note the damage on the shipping carrier’s delivery record.
  2. Save the original packaging and product in the condition received.
  3. Notify us of the issue within 48 hours via email at sales@roycompro.com or by phone.

The above 3 steps will allow us to file a claim with the carrier for the damage. If the customer fails to follow the 3 steps as described above, customer will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise as if it had arrived undamaged and the standard Royal Computing Products LLC return policy will apply.

Cancellation and Delivery Refusal Policy

An order is only considered cancelled when the cancellation request is confirmed by Royal Computing Products LLC in writing. Royal Computing Products LLC will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we are not able to guarantee orders already in processing can be cancelled. If an order is unable to be cancelled and the product is no longer needed, please refuse the shipment upon delivery. There will be a minimum $515.00 return processing fee and no credit of any shipping charges paid when you refuse shipment upon delivery and/or when shipments are returned to Royal Computing Products LLC due to the carrier’s inability to obtain a signature upon delivery.
